HighRised Casino Community Guidelines

Our Community Standard
HighRised Casino is built for fun, social table play. These Community Guidelines explain how we expect players to behave in table chat, global chat, and across the Service.
Violations may result in warnings, chat restrictions, temporary suspensions, removal from tables, or permanent account bans.
1. Be Respectful
Treat other players, hosts, and staff with respect.
- No harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse
- No threats of violence or harm
- No repeated unwanted contact or intimidation
- Keep competition friendly — celebrate wins without belittling others
2. No Hate or Discrimination
We do not tolerate hate speech or discriminatory language based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic.
Slurs, dehumanizing language, or content intended to demean a group are prohibited.
3. Keep Chat Safe
Table chat and global chat are public to other players. Do not share:
- Passwords or login codes
- Email addresses, phone numbers, or home addresses
- Financial or payment information
- Government IDs or other sensitive personal data
- Private information about other users without consent
Do not post links to scams, malware, or harmful sites.
4. No Sexual or Graphic Content
Sexually explicit content, graphic violence, or excessively disturbing material is not allowed in chat, usernames, or profile photos.
5. Play Fair
Cheating ruins the experience for everyone. Do not:
- Exploit bugs or glitches for an unfair advantage
- Use bots, scripts, automation, or unauthorized third-party tools
- Collude with other players to manipulate outcomes
- Attempt to disrupt tables, servers, or other users’ connections
- Impersonate staff, admins, or other players
6. No Spam or Disruption
Do not flood chat with repeated messages, ASCII spam, advertising, or off-topic content intended to derail conversation or gameplay.
Keep chat relevant to the table and community. Light banter is welcome; sustained disruption is not.
7. Username and Profile Standards
Usernames and profile photos must not:
- Impersonate real people, brands, or HighRised Casino staff
- Contain slurs, hate symbols, or sexually explicit imagery
- Promote scams, illegal activity, or real-money gambling services
We may require you to change inappropriate usernames or remove profile images.
8. Moderation
HighRised Casino may monitor, review, filter, or remove chat messages and take action on accounts at our discretion.
Moderation actions may include:
- Warning
- Temporary chat mute
- Removal from a table
- Temporary account suspension
- Permanent ban
Admins and automated systems may enforce these guidelines. Decisions may be made with or without prior notice depending on severity.
9. Reporting Issues
If you encounter harassment, cheating, or inappropriate behavior, contact us through the official channels listed on our website.
Include relevant details such as usernames, approximate time, and what happened. False or abusive reports may themselves result in action.

These guidelines supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In case of conflict, the Terms of Service control.
